Ecumenism
Ecumenical attitude of the mind
Whoever is able to truly pray and love, does not separate things. He also does not separate the righteous from the sinner, but embraces everyone with the same kind of love and judges nobody. Philokalia (Eastern Orthodox)
Living a life of faith is first of all a matter that is near to ones heart: «You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.» This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: «You shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets». (Matthew 22, 37- 40)
Whoever loves truly is able to do good deeds.
Our conviction
Every human was created by God.
During all times, our heavenly Father is sending his messengers to all peoples to help them.
All across the earth there are places of grace created by God.
God does not ask: In which faith did you grow up?
He asks: Did you love? Did you put your awareness into practice? Believing will make you free.
That means inner freedom and joy.
Faith without mysticism is a dead faith.
Every world religion is a way to find God
Some paths are longer and more arduous, with more stages than the direct route. Christ said in John 14:6, «I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.» The final stretch of the journey home to the Father always leads through Mary to Christ and thus through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in the real presence of Christ.
